Damages and issues
 

Once your order is shipped and is in the care of the shipping company, we are no longer liable for the package. If your package is, by any chance, damaged or stolen, PLEASE contact the shipping company to resolve the issue & express your concerns.


Exceptions

If there is an error with your package or you receive the wrong order, your return will be accepted, in return for your correct order. However, the package MUST be unaltered & in the same condition as when it was received. If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped (refer to shipping policy) you can always contact us at theamaranthinecollection@gmail.com.
